1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the website aine1.com, filling out the contact form, or contracting our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any point, we ask that you do not use the site or contract our services.
2. About us
The website aine1.com and the brand "Aine1 Luxurys" are operated by:
• Naines LLC: limited liability company organized in the state of Delaware, United States. Naines LLC invoices international clients (outside Argentina).
• Aine1 Joyería: owner Lucía Medico, registered under the monotributo tax regime in Argentina. Invoices clients residing in Argentina.

3. Services offered
Aine1 Luxurys offers custom-made bridal and commemorative author jewelry design and creationservices. Each piece is unique and created exclusively for the client who commissions it, through a collaborative design process described on our website as "The Joy Alchemy" and "The Alice Experience Bridal".
4. The commission process and the three payments
Our work process unfolds in the following stages:
Stage 1 — The Tea Table:
Initial video conversation of 60 to 90 minutes, with no commitment and no cost. Its purpose is for us to get to know each other and assess whether we are a good match to work together.
Stage 2 — First payment and design:
If we decide to proceed after The Tea Table, we send you a personalized proposal with concept, timeline, and total amount. The first payment confirms your place in our calendar and authorizes the start of design work (moodboard, sketches, and stone selection).
Stage 3 — Second payment and physical creation:
Once the final sketches are approved, the second payment authorizes the start of the physical creation of the pieces. From this moment on, the pieces are unique and irreplaceable, and we enter the manufacturing process.
Stage 4 — Third payment and delivery:
Once the pieces are completed and approved by the client via photos and video, the third payment is made. The pieces are shipped to the client with insurance and tracking. Delivery is completed with signature at destination.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
5.1. 48-hour cooling off:
You have a 48-hour period from the moment you make the first payment to change your mind and request a full 100% refund of the amount paid, without need for justification. The refund will be processed within 10 business days from the request.
5.2. Cancellation post-sketches:
If you decide to cancel the project after the cooling off period but before the second payment, we retain the first payment in its entirety as compensation for the design work already performed (moodboard, sketches, material selection).
5.3. Cancellation post-sketch approval:
If you decide to cancel the project after approving the final sketches and making the second payment, but before the start of physical creation, we retain 50% of the total paid up to that moment as compensation for the design work completed. The remaining 50% will be refunded within 15 business days.
5.4. Cancellation post-start of creation:
Once the physical creation of the pieces has begun (when materials have been processed and manufacturing is underway), no cancellations or refunds are accepted. This condition is standard in the custom author jewelry industry, given that the pieces are unique and cannot be resold.
5.5. Force majeure:
In the unlikely event that Aine1 Luxurys cannot complete the commission due to force major circumstances (serious illness, accident, catastrophic events), we will offer a 75% refund of the total amount already paid, retaining only the direct costs already incurred in materials acquired specifically for your project (stones, metals). In this case, the acquired materials will be made available to you if you so request.
6. Shipping policy
6.1. International shipping:
All international shipments are made via premium service courier with full tracking, required signature at destination, and declared value covering the total value of the piece. Pieces are insured either through the courier or via independent policy, as applicable.
6.2. Taxes and customs:
Taxes, customs duties, and any applicable import fees in the destination country are the exclusive responsibility of the client. These charges are not included in the price of the piece or shipping, and will be paid directly by the client to the courier or corresponding customs authority.
6.3. Point of responsibility:
Aine1 Luxurys' responsibility for the piece is maintained until the courier confirms delivery with signature at the address indicated by the client. From that moment on, the piece is under the exclusive custody of the client.
6.4. Loss or damage during shipping:
In the unlikely event of total loss or irreparable damage during shipping, and once the claim with the courier or insurer has been completed, Aine1 Luxurys will propose to the client the most appropriate solution according to the specific circumstances of the case. Solutions may include:
(a) replacement of the piece with equivalent materials and design, (b) full refund of the value paid, or (c) a combination of both (example: immediate partial refund plus subsequent replacement). The choice will be made considering factors such as the availability of original materials, the time available until the date of use, and the client's preference. Aine1 Luxurys commits to presenting the proposal within 10 business days following confirmation of the loss.
7. Warranty and after-sales services
7.1. Manufacturing defect warranty:
We offer a free warranty for manufacturing defects during 1 year from the date of delivery of the piece. This includes repairs of structural or manufacturing problems not caused by improper use. Shipping costs of the piece for repair are the client's responsibility; return shipping is covered by Aine1 Luxurys.
7.2. Ring size adjustments:
Ring size adjustments are free during the first year from delivery. After that period, adjustments will have a cost to be evaluated case by case according to complexity. This policy applies to reasonable adjustments of up to 2 sizes; major adjustments may require redesign and will be evaluated separately.
7.3. Maintenance and care:
Each commission includes an initial maintenance kit with specific care instructions for the materials of your piece. Professional cleaning services or subsequent maintenance can be requested and will be evaluated case by case.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. Aine1 Luxurys designs:
All designs, sketches, moodboards and proposals created by Aine1 Luxurys are intellectual property of the brand and its owners. The client receives the resulting physical piece but does not acquire rights over the design itself. Aine1 Luxurys reserves the right to create pieces inspired by the aesthetic codes of a previous design for future clients, without replicating the exact piece.
8.2. Piece exclusivity:
Each piece created for a client is unique and unrepeatable in its exact combination of materials, design and construction.
We do not reproduce identical pieces for other clients.
8.3. Use of images:
Aine1 Luxurys reserves the right to photograph finished pieces (without the presence of the client or persons wearing them) and use those images for commercial purposes, including portfolio, social media and marketing materials. Photographs that include the client or persons wearing the pieces (for example, wedding photos) will only be used with explicit written authorization from the client.
8.4. Site content:
All content on aine1.com (texts, images, designs, video, audio) is the property of Aine1 Luxurys, Naines LLC, Aine1 Joyería, or of photographers contracted with transferred rights. It is protected by intellectual property laws and cannot be reproduced, distributed or used without explicit authorization.
9. Limitation of liability
Aine1 Luxurys, Naines LLC and Aine1 Joyería shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the site or the contracted services, including but not limited to loss of profits, emotional damages, or any other damage that does not directly derive from the breach of the obligations established herein. In any case, the total liability of Aine1 Luxurys to the client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the
specific commission in question.
10. Dispute resolution
10.1. Amicable resolution:
In case of dispute, both parties commit to first attempt to resolve it through direct dialogue and good faith. Any claim must be communicated in writing to lucia.medico@aine1.com.
10.2. Applicable jurisdiction:
For operations carried out through Naines LLC (international clients): any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Delaware, United States.
For operations carried out through Aine1 Joyería (Argentine clients): any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally. The date of the last update will appear at the beginning of the document. Changes will apply only to commissions initiated after the date of update. Commissions in progress will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of the first payment.
