Naines LLC invoices international clients and operates under the brand "Aine1 Luxurys". For clients residing in Argentina, operations are invoiced locally by Aine1 Joyería (owner: Lucía Medico, registered under the Argentine monotributo tax regime).

In this Privacy Policy, references to "we", "us", "our" or "Aine1 Luxurys" refer to Naines LLC and/or Aine1 Joyería, as applicable to each transaction.

Our website uses only technical cookies strictly necessary for its functioning. We do not currently use tracking tools, analytics, or marketing cookies.

4. How we use your dataWe use the personal data you provide for the following purposes:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule The Tea Table (our initial conversation)

• Design and create the pieces you commission, if you decide to proceed

• Process payments and issue corresponding invoices

• Coordinate the shipping of your pieces to the indicated destination

• Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations in Argentina and the United States

• Occasionally contact you, once you become a client of Aine1 Luxurys, about new opportunities, pieces for personal milestones (anniversaries, new family members, significant dates) or news from the studio. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

If you filled out the form but did not proceed to purchase, we will NOT include you in marketing communications. We will only contact you in relation to your original inquiry, during the reasonable follow-up period.

5. With whom we share your data

​

We share personal data only with the following third parties, and only to the extent strictly necessary:

• Argentine accountant: for local invoicing and tax compliance when applicable

• United States accountant: for tax and accounting compliance of Naines LLC

• Payment processors: Mercado Pago (Argentina), PayPal (international), and banks involved in transfers or wire transfers

• International courier companies: to coordinate the shipping of pieces (includes recipient name, address and phone)

• Wix (site platform provider): which stores form data in its infrastructure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence or for purposes different from those described in this policy.

6. How long we keep your data

​

• If you do NOT become a client: we keep form data for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, and then it is deleted from our active systems.

• If you DO become a client: we keep data for the time required by legal, tax and accounting obligations (minimum 10 years for tax records, depending on jurisdiction).

At any time, you can exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:• Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you

• Rectify: correct inaccurate or incomplete data

Since we operate from Argentina and the United States, and our clients are located in multiple countries, your personal data may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions other than your residence. These transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards under applicable laws.

Our services are not directed to minors under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us to delete it.
